We hope that you LOVE your purchase, but we know that sometimes items don’t fit the way we would like it to! In this case we want to make it simple for you to return or exchange the item(s).
Returned items will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY!!!
Sale items are FINAL SALE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!!!
For big sales like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc… You will get credit for what you payed on the item. You will not get full return on the original priced item.
Here are all the things you need to know about IN STORE AND ONLINE RETURNS!!!!
- You have 14 days after your order has arrived to your address/the day of purchase in store to start the return or exchange process.
- The item(s) that you are returning must be unworn and unwashed. We would prefer the tags to still be on if possible. (If we noticed that the item is washed or worn we will get in contact with you and send it back to you or if you chose you can have us donate it to our local women’s shelter)
- Store credit will be issued when we receive the item.

Steps to start return process…
- We should have sent a return form in your order BUT if we forgot to send it with your order please email us and we will send you a blank form. email@example.com
- Fill out the form and put it in the package with your item.
- Ship it to the following address. B Dominique Boutique does not cover shipping charges. We recommend a carrier that has tracking so you can see where your package is at.

- Once we receive the return it takes normally 5-7 days to process.
- If you are a local order just come on in and we can do it all in store for you!
For damages please email us a picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org we will contact you with special directions on this specific return process.
